Hi, I made a couple of mistakes on December and other months last year that made me go to the status of below standard level. my sales went down. I wasn't able to promote my listings and so forth. I was a top rate plus before this and when this happened I went down to below standard. I cannot tell you the frustration and agony and anxiety that this put me thru. I felt like giving up ebay. I felt that I was targeted. I felt that my 100% feedback was supposed to protect me from this. when I saw that I was getting charge extra % for below standard my motivation was not there any more. I stopped going out in search of items to sell. I did not enjoy this ebay thing no more but I love doing this. during this time, about 6 months in below standard I took my time to read more and understand why or how I got in to this? it hit my pocket. this morning I received an email from ebay saying that my performance had improved and that I am now in above standard again and my sales went up like crazy today. my motivation is back but its all thanks to this situation. ebay knows what is doing and now I know how to understand my store from an inside point of view. I don't regret what happened, I am thankful for it. if you are in the same situation and feel like I did and wants to know how I got back please let me know. don't give up, its for your own good, not for ebay trust me. let me know how you feel and I will tell you how its feels today.
