voided labels

I have never received notice from Ebay that a voided label has been accepted by USPS for a refund. Ebay has literally never informed me that a label has been refunded. I have several going back several months. How do I make sure I will get a refund from my un-used label? How do I ask again...where and who do I ask, and who makes sure this is followed through?

But to add, you can't void it 'again' - only once.

I have heard that eBay does not send messages when USPS refunds, PayPal always did though, as it should be.

Again - check your Payouts after the void dates.

check your personal email you have on file with ebay bc PP sends messages there letting you know you know "ebay inc shipping issued a $$ refund"

the refunds usually take a few weeks, so go back to the correct time frame to see those messages
