How can you download a invoice for a purchase with vat showing on it?

Then return to the UK site.  eBay.co.uk     Since we don't have VAT here in the US I am not sure how to answer this.   Our sales tax shows on the packing slip.

The seller can print a packing slip from sold item page.

it shows on the invoice if an int'l buyer buys from a US seller
