i had a bid on a computer, and the seller contacted me and made a great offer. he asked could i send funds through Zelle , which i said yes . Now i cannot contact the seller and he is not returning my messages . is there anything i can do , or am i out of $2000

eBay can only help if you go through eBay's checkout and pay using an approved payment method, which Zelle is not.

How Can i talk to a ebay rep about this since this seller is still on this site selling many items

You can talk to an eBay rep, but I do not know if the rep will take any action against the seller based on a transaction that was conducted outside of eBay.
You can use the Help & Contact link at the bottom of the page to request a call back from eBay. Use the "Contact us" link and follow the prompts for your issue and you should eventually wind up on a page with a chat option. Choose that, and the last option that appears in the chat window -- use the "See more" option -- should be "Contact an Agent" to request a call-back if you are in North America.
