use Fedex home delivery did't receive package

I always use USPS for shipping. But when package over 1lb, it will shows Fedex home delivery and is cheaper. So I will choose it. Since then I received 2 complaints said never received there items. I believe it is cheating.

And I check the package if delivered by Fedex , won't show the package was delivered. Always show in process. Can someone teach me how to avoid this issue? Thank you

for these packages, call fedex or open a where's my package case from their website

thank you @stuff4divas. I definintly do that. We are honest to do business but some people just want them free.
