ups shipping options advertised but can't buy the label

Hi

So I sold an item to a buyer who happens to be international. When researching shipping options on eBay, using the shipping calculator, UPS was presented as an option - UPS worldwide expedited.

However now that the buyer paid, eBay only offers USPS as an option and it's considerably more expensive that the UPS option. It also potentially takes much longer.

**bleep** is going on here? eBay makes believe I can get a discount on UPS shipping but then doesn't offer it.

I had a chat about this with some eBay agents: "the shipping calculator is only an estimate and not a guarantee"; "Print label not available with this service"... These people are the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. They claim to be agents; I wonder if they're not bots.

This is so dumb anyway: why would the eBay system show the UPS option, for this particular situation, when it could determine that it will not be available in the end? Ridiculous.
