I opened my ebay account in France more than 15 years ago. 

Then I moved in the US in 2007. Then I kept using the same ebay account to buy and sell with my address in the US and using Paypal. Since ebay is not using paypal anymore, it blocks me from entering directly my US bank account information and brings me back to the Ebay france and basically preventing me from selling.

I dont want to lose my perfect score as seller and buyer. Can you please tell me how to transfer properly the account from France to US as I was never successful in finding how to do this.

Users can't change the registered website on their own - only ebay can so you will have to request that they do that.

I'm not sure it will unblock your ability to enter your U.S. bank info, there have been some issues with that, but I guess you will have to see if it works.

Easiest is to ask eBay CS in social media to change your website from ebay.fr to ebay.com -

Only use the Private DM or PM Messaging - do not post your account info publicly.
Give them your User ID, your real name/address, the email attached to your account, and explain the issue in detail.
They usually respond in a day or two.

You need to contact customer service and ask them to change your country of registration to the US.
