unable to access my auction item, unable to see if I have any bids

Can't get past eBays automatic help system and none of the subject choices address my problem.

I'm not sure witch site you  are referring to, but I imagine you mean ebay ( I'm 84 and get confused sometimes) I have 54 domains that I have collected over the high value off site and I have to prove I'm the owner, so they say they will send me a code but it never comes.

About a week ago and they sent using my old information which was updated about a month ago. When I asked customer service about it, I was told I couldn't do it all at once so I did it for each one at a time but it still didn't work, they still use my old information.

The domain name I listed was womenforchrist.com. hope that was helpful.

when I open Ebay it recognized and called me bobinalaska but nowhere could i find Subscriptions & Notifications tab, it did say I been a member since 2000. [ looked under personal information when i couldn't find ij pn the page.
