trying to pay for item but getting message I can't use credit card

I am trying to pay for an item I won. It won't let me even select to pay with credit card (it is grayed out and says can't use a credit or debit card for the order).  The listing for the item shows the VISA symbol as a payment option. I have tried contacting the seller (who only has two feedbacks), as I wondered if there was something off on the seller's account since it only has two feedbacks. I have not heard back from the person. Do I need to do anything else? I took a screenshot of the listing itself showing payment options, and a screenshot of the way it is grayed out when I try to pay and sent those to the seller when explaining I am having difficulty paying and to please check her account.  The seller is in the US (as am I).  I have not 'applied a donation' (one of the listed reasons for the unavailability of credit cards). I have never experienced this before. Thanks in advance.
