Moving a guest order to my account

I would like to move a guest order over to my registered account. I forgot that I had an Ebay account and purchased as a guest. Does anyone know how to do that? Or is this a customer service fix?

Don't know if this will help this is what I found from eBay

You can upgrade from a guest user to a registered account right after checkout. On the checkout page, simply choose a password and we’ll create an account for you.

You can also upgrade by following these steps:

1. If anyone is signed in to an eBay account on your device, sign out.
2. Go to your email account and find your eBay guest order confirmation—the subject line starts with “Guest Order.”
3. Select View order details in the email and enter your email address and access code.
4. To register for an eBay account, you’ll need to select Leave feedback or Sell this item on the Order details page. You won’t have to complete either action, but doing so will allow you to register.
5. Enter an email address, create a password, and then select Register. If you use an email already linked with an account, you’ll need to start the process again with another email.

Once you confirm your account, the item you bought as a guest user will show up in your eBay purchase history.
