Ebay tracking shows shipping label created with USPS on 01/04/23. Several days later I contacted seller and asked when he was going to get package to shipper. He replied later that day he had dropped it off at UPS that afternoon. Ebay tracking still shows USPS awaiting artical. Contacted seller 2 times and asked for a tracking number for UPS and he has not responded back as of 1/08/23.

The seller is not obligated to give you a tracking #, and depending on his handling time, he is not obligated to ship on the day he prints a label.

Instead of being concerned with when your seller ships, check the estimated delivery date shown in your Purchase History. You cannot take any action before that date passes, so don't waste time trying to do so.

When it's past the estimated delivery date shown in your Purchase History, use the option next to the transaction to open a case for an item not received. The seller will have 3 business days to prove delivery or refund. If he doesn't, go back to the case on day 4 and use the option to ask eBay to step in. They will force the refund.
