temporary suspension--hazardous merchandise policy

I was recently suspended for 10 days because Ebay said I was violating their hazardous merchandise policy.

The product I am selling is called "Nitric acid substitute"  This is NOT nitric acid, but a substitute.  When I called they said  "just live with it". This is  fascism.     I should be allowed to challenge my accuser as this product is NOT hazardous.

How can I list this going further?

Hi @great_american_tools

eBay is a business offering a service, where you agree to abide by the user agreement if you choose to use the services.

Nitric acid substitute is hazardous...it's just less hazardous than nitric acid.

You did challenge your accuser, and you lost your appeal. Don't try to relist it or you can lose your selling privileges.

I was never answered about my appeal.

The substitute contains food grade sodium nitrate. There are more than 20 listings for Sodium Nitrate. How can it be considered hazardous when it is used in the kitchen to tenderize meat.https://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_from=R40&_trksid=p4432023.m570.l1313&_nkw=sodium+nitrate&_sacat=0

Sorry...I thought you said you spoke with an agent who said you could not relist the item.

You didn't say in your post that you were selling meat tenderizer, you wrote that you were selling nitric acid substitute.
