I need to talk to a real human.

I have been, most likely, scammed.

I Sent two orders (different buyers) to one of the buyers in error.

How do I get the order to the correct buyer now?

And how do I report the error?

Both orders are in same envelope to one of the buyers who claims to be a friend of the other buyer and claims he will deliver the purchase to the other buyer.

I have been trying to "talk" with AI's and get recurring answers that are irrelevant. I need to talk to a human.

This is not a scam.

You made an error.

 

You need to fix the error.  The buyer does not have to ship it back to you or ship it to the other buyer.

 

You should refund the buyer that is not getting their item.    Ask the buyer that got two to ship one back to you.  You should send them a label to ship it back.

 

This is not a scam, but one of your buyers is going to be disappointed in your mistake.
