I do not know where to direct this Technical support question/statement

 

Items sold by me page is not refreshing in real time

I am seeing 1/2 a day pass before seeing an item has sold.

I have been signed in and it does not refresh.  I have been signed out and it does not refresh...

Manually Refreshed.. no difference.

 

I check the "sold by me page" frequently on my I-Phone so that I know to pack an ship an item. 

I do not link eBay account to my phone nor use the app.  I only use laptop/internet in home. 

Even at this point there is 2 items sold and shipped that still do not show on "items sold by me" page. 

I have reset phone, Laptop, cleared caches... what else can be done?

Clearly this is an internal glitch..?

 

Also, 2 step verification did not work today for a bit... Then finally 6 verification codes all came through at the same time.
