Video with item forever under review

I have a 6 second MP4 video created with an iPhone 7 with a listing but it is always "under review." On the third day I changed the name and uploaded it again but still now on the 4th day it is just "under review" with no other explanation or notification of why it is not approved. Any ideas? Here is a link to the listing.
