How do you list a spreadsheet with multiple cards? Do you have to have a store?

Re: sports cards

You don't need a store to use a spreadsheet.

To upload a spreadsheet to eBay, you will need to start within Seller Hub.

Choose the Seller Hub > Reports > Uploads page

https://www.ebay.com/sh/reports/uploads

The first step is to download a listing template for your category.

If you have Excel, choose the XLSX format since it is more automated.

Starting from the left to right on the spreadsheet, use the droplist within the cell you need to populate, as, in most cases, there will be a selectable option; and that selection will change the requirements in columns to the right.

Some cells simply require text, and there won't be any drop lists. Some cells can be left empty if they are irrelevant.

Photos are another issue. Only URLs from online photos can be added to the spreadsheet. If you don't have a host, you can put a fake URL in the slot and fix all of your listings later (to fix, revise your listing, delete all photos in the listing, and upload your actual photos from your desktop).

After you have completed your spreadsheet, save the page as CSV and upload that CSV to the same Uploads page.  An upload history will appear in a grid below. After the upload is complete, scroll over to the right of that grid and download the "results" file. That file will tell you if the upload was successful and if there are any issues that must be addressed.
