some of my customers are getting an error message saying I do not ship to their location

I have also tried to buy something & got the same error message. This has happened to another dealer in a different state. Anyone else having that problem? eBay does not think there is anything wrong.

Check your buyer requirements activity log to see if a different reason appears there for your blocked customers.

It may be that the purchase is actually blocked for a legitimate reason, but for eBay is serving the wrong error message.
