You should be able to view listings that have sold or ended within the last ninety days, unless the listing has been removed by eBay for a policy violation.
If you are having problems, please describe what you are doing and where you are getting stuck.

Thank you for answering. They aren't listings that have been over for 90 days, but even if they've ony been over for a day, when I click on "see original listing", nothing happens. If I refresh the page and try again, still, nothing happens. All other links on the page are functional, but that one is frozen.

App or browser? Mobile, classic or desktop mode?
Did you try scrolling down?
Try another browser to rule out a browser issue.
If nothing else works, post an item number and I will post a link to the listing if it is available.
eBay appears to be experimenting with a new way of showing ended listings if you follow a link to the "item you purchased" in a desktop browser -- I get a strange new format with a print option, and a notation that says: "This page is formatted for printing and does not include all the information contained in the listing. You must select all options to print all of the information in the listing including the listing summary, seller's description, and images."
On the page there is a "See full description" link which does show the seller's item description by itself, bracketed by sponsored listings.

It is Mobile mode on my Android. I don't have a PC.
You spoke of following a link to "the item you purchased". Often it is not for an item I have purchased. I may have bid on said item but didn't win, OR it may be an item I was interested in but didn't bid on at all.
I just attempted the same in Classic mode and I could see one of the completed listings I was interested in, won by someone else. All the printed information appears to be present but there is a large gray "SOLD" banner across each of the photos the seller had included in the listing, which I have never seen before. Depending on the photo, that banner obliterates details I wished to see. I hadn't used Classic mode view in a long time as I find it tedious to go back and forth often between Mobile and Classic.
I chose this item to compare in both views. In Mobile view I was still unable to get "see original listing" to function. It is still frozen for all Sold and Ended items, including this one.
This us the item I chose to compare the two views.

I see what you mean about the link not working when using a mobile browser.
I had better luck using the eBay app to view the sold listing.
I rarely use Classic mode in a mobile browser, as I find that all too often it winds up defaulting back to mobile mode when certain pages cannot be rendered correctly. I can get away from the "sold" banner by tapping on the photo to see the largest view, though.
Switching to "Desktop site" mode using the checkbox in the three dot menu (upper right in Chrome) works better for me, even though the text is smaller and I spend more time zooming in to see text and links. The browser tab should stay in desktop mode so long as you open all links in the same browser tab.

I had taken the eBay app off of my phone because it took up so much space!
I'll try the "Desktop Site" mode next time I'm in. Thank you got discussing this problem with me. ✨
