You need to go through the Ebay Return Request process.
Go to your My Ebay page >> Purchase History >> find the item, then click on "Return item" in the drop down menu on the right. Follow the instructions, make sure you specify the reason why you are returning the item. "item not as described", You should be provided with a PREPAID return shipping label. If not, a few days later you can return to your Return Request details and click on the link to have Ebay step in to help you.
