shipping to puerto rico

I cannot get through to ebay and have a potential buyer from puerto rico. Is that considered international shipping or will they pay the same rates as a US buyer?

If shipped through USPS, it would be domestic, not international.

If you are shipping USPS using ground advantage or priority it will be the same price as shipping to the  US  Since Puerto Rico is a US territory

There are some shipping methods that will cost more though such as UPS or FedEx 

 If you use a computer and go to the listing and change your location  As a buyer to Puerto Rico zip code then you will see what the price for shipping to Puerto Rico
