Buyer paid for one item [that has free shipping] so I printed the label. 12 hours later they bought the same thing. I printed a label then decided to void the label and ship them together with the first label, now my 2nd paid item seems like its shipped but still pending... is there a way to add the 2nd item to the first one?
I did message the buyer so they know but I will still get dinged on my sellers shipping rating
if I don't ship the already shipped item... ha I hope I'm making since.
