shipping from Canada to California is broken, both use the abbreviation CA. Can this be fixed??

Canada is a country, California is a state in the US. They can both have the same abbreviation.

What problem are you having?

When shipping from Canada, a shipper uses the 2  letter abbreviation for the Canadian provinces and territories in the  return address. Example: AB = Alberta, BC - British Columbia, etc.
