shipping costs

I was charged more for the shipping than the seller actually paid to the USPS.  How do you get a refund?

The shipping was shown on the listing or was part of the item price.

A seller is allowed to charge more than the actual eBay discounted label cost to cover things like packing materials and taking the item to the post office.

You can ask the seller for a partial refund of the shipping but they are not required to do so.
