Can anyone advise me on the policy regarding shipping when you don't use the QR code. I shipped an item directly to the customer without using the scannable QR code provided by eBay. I have attempted to update the tracking number but it keeps deferring back to the original tracking number in which I did not use. Does anyone have any advice on how I should proceed
