I'm never going to answer questions similar to credit check questions just to be able to login to my account. Credit check questions are inappropriate for simple buying. Recently had a problem of not getting text msg code to my usual phone and so couldn't log in. Had to go to amazon to purchase the items instead of ebay. I appreciate the need to fend off hacked accounts. Telling ebay the text msg routine is not working fell on deaf ears at ebay. What's the cause of this double checking after one time login? password is correct on first try, phone is the same. and then I can't get cleared by phoning in to ebay. Is it vpn usage? is it regional location change? what can I do to my login so i can buy via ebay with successful password entry- I don't want to use amazon. just now I got through without further challenge after two days of trying. what's the secret to using ebay?
