The hardest part is getting to the correct selling form. Sellers often land on the form to sell parts. I would recommend finding a similar car and then click the "sell now" beneath the photo so that you can quickly get to the correct selling form for vehicles, rather than parts.
You should be taken to a listing form that displays three pricing options across the top ($79, $49, $19) . All fees are paid up front and are non-refundable. A relist will charge those fees again. Each chosen option will enable more or fewer options, reflected in the cost. See the the fee breakdown here:

When you define your make and model, eBay will use that to create a title. You can't write your own title, although you can include a short title description that won't appear in search, and can purchase an additional subtitle that will be displayed in search. However, there is a trick that many sellers don't know. The "Trim" package that you enter will be appended to the title that eBay creates, so you can extend your title by completing the "Trim" slot and that title will be displayed in search (big bonus for those in the know).
Once you find yourself on the correct listing form, it should be fairly easy to fill in the slots (or ignore those that don't apply). When it asks about the vehicle title, the common response is clean - this is not related to a lien, but instead is asking whether the title has a "brand" like water-damage, rebuilt, etc.
You can list as an auction or as fixed price.
While a phone number is generally not allowed on other eBay listings, it is allowed when selling a vehicle because your fees are paid up front, and the sale will be completed outside of eBay. You can include your contact number in the description, or can hide it in the "contact seller" area. To hide a phone number in the seller area, set the option at the very bottom of this page and then that option will appear in the "contact seller" part of the listing page:

Most buyers won't know how to find it, so you will need to direct them to the "Contact seller" link and tell them to click the "Other" option.
The Description
Next comes the hard part. Too many sellers fail to describe the vehicle and either have no lookers or have buyers who back out. If you can, create a walk-around video that also captures the vehicle running.
I also suggest several sets of photos: Exterior, interior, mechanical (under hood and under carriage), and flaws. If you have an external image host, you can link them into the description without paying the higher upgrade fees of additional photos.
In the description, I recommend promoting the vehicle features and list any upgrades. Then list all the defects and include photos. Listing flaws will actually help the car sell because it will build trust in your description and will result in fewer walk-aways and relists. Close the description on a positive note by describing why this is such a great car, using all the reasons that persuaded you to purchase.
