Purchased a product from a seller a while ago, upon arrival, product was not as described. After contacting the seller, he apologized and said he would send a replacement. I submitted the return request, and while in contact with the seller, he mentioned that he chose the wrong return option (clicked refund, not replacement) and asked if I could cancel the return request and send a new one. I assumed that would be no problem, and canceled the return request only to realized I cannot submit another, or access any of the return options now.
What can I do to resolve this situation?
