Hi, i bought theater speakers off Ebay but they were faulty. I contacted the seller and he said to return to an address. It was fairly close to me so i packed it all up with original packaging and hand delivered it. I handed it direct to an employee and took a photo. Its been well over a week and they keep asking whats wrong with it. I have told them 5 times. I think they are stalling. I have requested a refund 5 times but they are ignoring it. Ebay hasn't got any specific category for this and no way to contact them to explain. Any clues?

This is a difficult issue because you didn't follow the procedure, even when it helped the seller.
The procedure has a part where you can ask eBay to step in.
