is this common to be rated a bad seller level with this history
i have not had any returns in over 18 months i say most likely never , according to ebay records, i have 100% perfect feedback i have been a loyal seller on ebay for over 20 years . why do i get the feeling you just don't want me around anymore. i don't understand. please help me understand. could some please help. i have roughy 3000 items to list.. with no selling to back me up. please help me .
can't get any help from ebay directly

Feedback does not impact your seller level. There are 2 things you get defects for - seller cancelled orders, and not resolving buyer cases.
Go to your dashboard to see what defects you received in each category. Then open the monthly breakdown to see when they occurred. To get back above standard, either the defects have to fall out of the rolling 12 months, or you need to sell more than you did in the oldest month that will fall off. Then the % goes down.

had 2 defects 6 months ago,( by the way first defects in 20 years.)
perfect since then i have sold 15k 300 items since the defects and just another suspenion threat

You are measured on a rolling 12 months, so you will continue to get the notices. As long as you have no recent defects, they give you an extra month to get back above standard.
You really don't want to ignore being below standard - you know that you pay an extra 5% in final value fees when you are below, right?
