seller is not responding to my questions before I make a purchase

Hello there 

       I want to buy a particle Camera that the seller has for sale but before I buy It

         I want to know the condition of the camera and who they use for shipping  I know 

    they are open now because it is morning in Tokyo now but are responding to my questions

Sellers are not required to respond to messages and not all sellers are not at their computer 24/7.

If the seller does not respond to messages within  a day or two, you may want to find a different seller.

Sellers are not required to answer questions, but good sellers will try to provide good customer service. Give the seller a chance to receive your message and respond.

If a seller is not responding to a reasonable question about an item and you need to know the answer in order to make a decision about a purchase, then find another seller that provides that information or is willing to answer your question to deal with.
