I have received an item that does not match the description of what I ordered and does not match the

invoice which came affixed to the package.  The seller made the mistake, but I am being charge nearly 60% of the purchase price for a return shipping label. Does anyone know how to get E-bay's attention. I got a robotic canned response without my issue being resolved

did u open a return item case for the reason not as described? if so, the seller is obligated and forced to supply u with a pre paid return shipping label
