returning an item

I would like to return an item that I purchased on Ebay, but is not showing in my purchases.

it says the seller is Zappy Sales, and I cannot contact them neither.

Hi 

I was there and the product I purchased is not there for some reason, but I have an order number and email from ebay, which shows my purchase, but it doesnt populate in my purchases to start a refund.

no,  I was logged into my account and when I checked out it had my cc info all in there and I also payed with paypal

On chat: type in ’agent’ to get a live person instead of a bot

when I press on the email I received with the description of product etc. and find the link for the order, it comes up with an order not found, but my paypal account and card was billed and I have the wrong product in front of me, very weird and something is not right, i have been trying to at least talk with someone, and thats impossible it seems.
