Won the bid on a shirt that was advertised as a man's but turned out to be a woman's. Seller refuses to accept return and Ebay AI does not allow me to progress with a dispute since item was listed as non-refundable. Cannot find a way to get past the AI and talk to a human. Seller mocks my dilemma and is unwilling to help. Any solutions?

I'm so sorry it isn't working. If you are selecting not as described and adding a photo, the system should let you open a return - the seller's return policy is not a consideration. Did you add any comment on how it is not as described? If that doesn't work, ask customer service for assistance.

If you don't see 'have us call you', click chat. Then type contact an agent.

You should have no trouble opening a return request - the seller’s no returns does not apply when the item is not as described.
Go to your purchase history - select return this item. Under reasons select does not match the description, and follow the prompts.
The seller has 3 business days to send you a return label or a refund. If he doesn't, or says he can not send a label, go to your case and click 'ask us to step in'.

Tried it. After filling out all info... send button is inoperable due to item being non-returnable. Ebay is absolutely zero help... either AI or people that do not read English. Same message from three different people explaining the same thing that you have offered. Thanks.

Thank you so very much. !!!!! You should work for Ebay... much better info than anyone who works there.
