If a buyer returns an item that is unopened or not picked up at their local  PO and no return notice is given or claim filed.  What, if any, are my responsibilities?

If buyer still wants the item, you can invoice them for the reshipping charges.

 

Otherwise, you can refund only the item value minus your original shipping costs.  However, you will get no prorated fees back.  Or do a full refund and get a fee credit.
