A buyer bought an item and paid $13.31. for shipping. I bought the label
thru ebay and the cost for shipping turned out to be over $17. How come
ebay didn't charge the buyer this amount ?
If a buyer returns an item that is unopened or not picked up at their
local PO and no return notice is given or claim filed. What, if any, are

delete when it used to be delete or relist. How can i relist all my
unsolds in bulk form?

That IS a raise in fees. I guess that replaces the PayPal fee, now it
goes to eBay
I have found that eBays cost to sellers has gone up. They give you
'Free' 200 listings per month (35 cents each) then charge you a new 30
