I bought a Dell 5530 laptop, but it has issues – the colors are terrible, it overheats quickly, and the sound from the speakers is bad. I needed this laptop for graphic design, but the colors are so bad that I can't even adjust them properly. Basically, I feel like I wasted my money.
The seller is willing to accept a return, but the laptop itself cost $300, and with customs and shipping, the total price was $300 + $120. Now, if I send it back, I’ll have to pay an additional $60, meaning the total cost will be $300 + $180.
Will anyone reimburse me for this amount?
