I 'd like to return a purchased pants. But I lost tags. Can I return the pants without tag?

I assume you purchased a 'New' pair of pants.  If you don't have the tags ... the seller can't sell them again as New.  Are you willing to accept a partial refund after returning the pants?  If so, you can tell the seller that and see what they say.
