You can file a return through Paypal if you used Paypal to process your payment.

-eBay allows returns within 30 days of delivery

-PayPal allows returns within 180 days from date of purchase but you pay the return shipping

-Credit cards allow charge backs for a certain amount of time but you would have to check to see if your reason(s) qualify you for that
