return shipping label

I submitted a request for return  shipping label from ebay but i have not received my return  shipping label. i purchased the item as a guest, paid for the item, received the item but i have been told by the automated system that there is no record of my purchase. I have a order #  and acknowledgement from the seller that they received the order and for me to go to my purchases and refer to the details of which there are none iy has almost been 30 days and i am anxious about missing the deadline. please advise

You cannot use your Ebay account if you purchased as a guest.

Log out of your Ebay account.

To start a return purchased as a guest:

1. Find the email with the subject line starting “Order Confirmed”.
2. Select View order details.
3. Choose Return item.
4. Select your reason for returning the item.
5. Select Next.
6. If you like, you can add a message for the seller and add up to 10 photos.
7. Select Confirm return.
