return shipping label

Buyer did not receive return shipping label.I cant find an option to sent another label.I might have clicked on the wrong option and not the one to purchase a label from Ebay

Did you already refund the Buyer? If so, that is why they cannot access the return label and you cannot purchase a new label on eBay.

If you did refund and the Buyer wants to return the item, you can purchase a discounted label on PayPal or Pirateship.
