What does a buyer do when they contact the Seller to have them send the correct item. In my case the item was a case of light bulbs. The ones sent were the wrong type, but I figured they could be used at my home eventually. So instead of requesting a refund I asked for the correct item to be sent at a discount to cover my inconvenience. I said I could return the wrong bulbs also if Seller preferred.
Seller was apologetic and said they would send the correct bulbs at no extra charge. I got the second box of bulbs and these are not correct !!!!! I need the original bulbs ordered for a display that's to begin this month. For some reason the return function won't work for the order...possibly because it was just over a month since I got the first order. There was a time one could talk with someone on the phone to help resolve a problem. Ebay seems to be doing everything to discourage shoppers now. I will likely look elsewhere before using Ebay if they don't have adequate customer service. The return policy is worthless if one cannot reach customer service.

If you have had the original item for more then 30 days, the MBG has expired and Ebay won't do anything to help.
