return of money for cancellation

Hello, good morning, I made a purchase by mistake and canceled it quickly, I contacted the seller to let him know of the cancellation and he accepted it and I received a confirmation number of the cancellation but that was more than 8 days ago and I still haven't return my money to the account. what should i do to get my money back

First I would ask customer service to see if they can verify that a refund is in process.  Some credit cards take up to 30 days to post a refund.

If they say the refund has been issued, then call your card issuer and them to see if they have received and are processing the refund.  If they say no, then ask them to dispute the charge as a cancelled order with no refund.
