How do I call in and report abusive behavior from someone who messages me without making a purchase?

There is no requirement to make a purchase in order to message a seller.

What most sellers would do is place the member on their blocked buyer list and ignore the message rather than responding.

I may not have worded my question correctly.  I meant to say...I want to report a potential buyer to ebay for abusive language.  Not just block them.  How can I report to ebay when I can't contact anyone on the phone?
