return label via UPS

I shipped the wrong item to   buyer via UPS. The buyer is returning it but wants me to provide them the UPS label. I don't see the option to do that. EBAY help says I can upload a shipping label, but I don't see where that option is located. Help please.

@eclecticempire54

Provide your own pre-paid label

If you’d rather the buyer use your preferred shipping carrier for return shipping, or if an eBay label isn’t available, you can provide your own return label.

When using your own carrier, make sure to upload the label and tracking details to the buyer’s return request. For items that have a total cost of $750 or more, signature confirmation is required.

Here’s how to send your own label from the View return details section:

  1. Select Upload a shipping label and then the upload image icon.
  2. Choose the label you want to send to your buyer.
  3. Select your carrier and enter the tracking number.

I have printed and read these instructions, however I do not see the upload a shipping label option.

Re: return label via UPS

@eclecticempire54   If the system already issued a label then you won't be able to issue a different one within the return request.  The only thing you can do is  buy a UPS  return shipping label from Pirateship.com and then send the return label to the buyer via eBay messages as a JPEG.

Other than the buyer wanting a UPS label is there a reason they can't use the system provided label?
