I have some items that have been authenticated and want to resell. How do you list an authenticated item without it having to go to the authenticator again.
Also when an item is sold that is tagged "authenticity guarantee" messaging gets turned OFF but does not get turned back ON when it's been authenticated and delivered and most recently the leave feedback is disabled I have sold some items that have gone to the authenticator and have been authenticated and delivered but I and the buyer cannot communicate.
I have complained about this to Ebay as well as some highly top rated sellers I communicate with and still Ebay has done nothing to fix it. When you call Ebay to complain about this and ask for the AG division the rep says they they will take the information and forward the issue for review and nothing happens.
