I had an issue with a buyer, the product I send was not as expected. I did responded immediately and told the buyer I would accept a return and will take of a refund. Due to traveling overseas it took me 13-15 hours for my next respond. I send a shipping label ( with my old address) and asked immediately I they could change it into my new address. The response was ( after a day) " sorry they could not change it a the post office" I did receive a message that the product was delivered ( unable to check bc old address) I did send an immediate refund. Now the buyer leaves a negative review. Please advice. I already requested to delete the review.
