I submitted my request to remove negative review 2 months ago, still no answer from EBAY customer service.
How can I contact Ebay by phone? What another choices do have? It's so unfair I'm e-bay seller for 17 years it never happened before no chance to reach Ebay customer service. My story is the following, please help me.
After more than 2 weeks the buyer had the boots (Received on 11/29 and complained on 12/13) she claimed that they were discolored. I politely immediately responded that I was sorry and offered her 2 choices: to return for full refund or she can keep them and I issue her partial refund. She chose partial refund. I send her money. Please check my correspondence with the buyer. After that she left negative reviews. I m deeply hurt and very disappointed, I would never shipped damage item. Please help me to restore my reputation on Ebay. Thanks.Lana.
