Years of buying and occasionally I get a seller admit they sent wrong item in message system.

They ask me to return item, but I dont have time for all this, they can pick it up and re-package or tape it up again whatever but Im not going out of my way to fix their admitted mistake.

I belive the refund should be instantly given to buyer in this situation, and seller must send somebody to pickup item .... why should a buyer be extorted for their funds when seller admits it was their mistake???

Ebay customer service is no help at all, they asked me to contact paypal and they defend their policies because they dont care about buyer protection.

I will be using Temu and Amazon to see about their policies because ebay has done this to me before
and I have had my fill with their useless time wasting customer service extortion system.
