refunded and seller and then they received item after a missing package with USPS was filed

Is it possible to reverse a refund to seller?  Their package arrived after refund.

Once the order is refunded eBay considers it closed and there is no way to reopen it. All you can do is message the seller through the refund and let them know it arrived and you would like to pay them for it. You will not be able to do that through eBay but can directly through PayPal or similar. As long as the message is sent from the order you can exchange payment information.
