I bought a Ground Advantage label for $3.96 and printed it out from the eBay shipping page then I saw that the buyer asked for a first class envelope. I put a stamp on it and mailed it. Now I need a refund for the $3.96 shppping label I paid for and printed out from eBay. How is that accomplished? Thanks!

You can void a label within 28 days of purchase here:
https://www.ebay.com/ship/lmng/labels-history/my-ebay
It will take about 14-21 days for the refund to come through.
More information here:

When you agreed to ship through the mail in a 1st class envelope, you gave up your seller protection and may also have earned a defect on your seller record.
(I don't see any recently sold items that would ship in a 1st class envelope other than the ticket stubs, and those were listed with free shipping.)
